Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Outlet Server to join our team. As an Outlet Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your main goal will be to create a pleasant dining experience and maintain high standards of customer service.

Breakfast and Lunch Shifts available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including beer, wine, and cocktail options
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately take and process customer orders
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to customers and describe available food and drink options
- Provide accurate information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that all orders are prepared and served timely
- Monitor and anticipate customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in accordance with state laws and regulations
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet area, including tables, chairs, and utensils
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
