Responsibilities:
- Help at the front office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office environment is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transcribing information
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
