Organizational Change Management Specialist- Remote

The Change Management practice is about helping our clients transform their organization and move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future, after Vistex solutions have been implemented.

As a member of the North America Business Advisory Team, the Organizational Change Management Specialistwill help prepare our clients for a transformational change (operating model, organization, processes, tools, and capabilities) as well as develop and implement transition plans and operational processes that emphasize change readiness and enable effective activation and adoption of Vistex solutions.

The Business Readiness Specialist will also engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop change management strategies and plans based on considerations of the client's environment, needs, and the desired future state
• Define change impacts, provide impact assessments, and advise on improvements and mitigation strategies around the impacted processes
• Conduct readiness assessments and analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and issues related to change management work
• Design and help deliver well targeted, well-coordinated communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns
• Evaluate training needs, develop training plans, and create training materials that create ownership of the solution
• Solicit feedback to evaluate the transition landscape
• Engage with client leadership to promote sponsorship and commitment
• Develop and define success metrics and measurement strategies to evaluate change and adoption progress, lead ongoing analysis of program performance
• Collaborate with other teams at Vistex (sales, customer engagement, solution consultants, training, marketing, etc.)
