Job Description
Panorama Consulting Solutions, an independent ERP consulting company, is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and energetic consultant to join our Client Services team as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) subject matter expert. Looking for an experienced, bright person who has experience with:
- Software based training
- Business process mapping, improvement and reengineering
- Communications (execution and strategy)
- Organizational design and development
- Leadership engagement and support
- Training coordination and execution
Desired Consulting Experience
- Assumes responsibility for completeness of overall OCM activities
- Takes ownership and accountability for entire set of OCM activities
- Manages client relationships with OCM Director and team members
- Responsible for development and execution of communication plan
- Identifies and provides support for selected ERP tasks that have OCM elements to them
- Provides training on, and awareness of, OCM considerations on ERP projects
- Responsible for planning and supporting facilitation services to the project as needed
- Working with functional leads, coordinating and providing input to HR team for job changes as a result of automation and process changes
- Works closely with executive leadership to support leadership skills, create opportunities for positive leadership visibility for ERP projects
Education and Work Experience
- Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4 – 7 years experience in business-based change management
