Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management Intern to join our team and support a Digital Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization is prepared for the changes that come with implementing new technologies and digital processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to gain valuable experience in the field of change management and to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans and artifacts to support the adoption of new digital technologies and processes.
- Support the creation of communication materials, including job aids and training materials.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the new digital environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assist with creating and capturing feedback to track progress and project success.
- Help develop employee and project specific and roles and responsibilities.
- Provide support for other project-related activities as needed.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with Prosci and ADKAR framework is a plus.
