Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a Order Processor to be responsible for translating the information provided by Sales reps or customers, for production, shipping and delivery, and billing, and is steward of each job they manage. Let's get to work.

Responsibilities:
-Translate the information provided by Sales reps or customers, for production, shipping and delivery, and billing
- Steward each job managed
- Maintain house account customer service information
- Anticipate trouble spots and act quickly to resolve
- Verify information, track and update status of job
- Communicate with customer on every step of the way
- Keep electronic files
- Manage customer explanations
- Act as customer advocate
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience with printing or mailing highly preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in a professional customer service role or project management experience
- Basic knowledge of customer service
- Excellent Word and Excel skills (will need to complete and pass testing requirements)
- Superb communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
