Order Management Specialist Opportunity!

TRC Staffing is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join one of our consumer product manufacturing clients for a hybrid role in Lawrenceville, GA! This position is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. 

Order Management Specialist is primarily responsible for serving as the first point of contact for processing manual orders including reviewing EDI orders from our customer base in addition to resolving Order Management issues and serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing and managing manual orders via the order email box.
• Monitor weekly EDI orders to include checking inventory and resolving shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery. May involve collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, and Transportation.
• Utilizing customers’ on-line portals to access weekly reports and other historical data.
• Maintaining Customer Data to ensure orders are priced correctly and invoiced accurately.
• Assist with preparing for annual end of season return of product (Buy Backs).
• Minimum phone interaction with internal/external customers.
• Investigate & resolve customer issues regarding orders.
• Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and resolution to customers on product updates and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High School Education Diploma required
• 1-3 Years Customer Service experience in non-retail environment (Consumer Product Goods and/or Pool & Spa environment preferred)
• Knowledge of basic computer and telephone system applications (SAP ECC / CRM 6.0 experience preferred)
• EDI experience preferred
• ACD or IVR environment preferred
• Strong Customer Focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Account management experience
