The growth in our business has created an opportunity for a new role supporting the CALI Home Centers team.


Position Summary: This Home Center Order Experience Team will partner with Home Center Management to build relationships and drive sales through our Home Center Channels.


Duties:

  • Answer general install, product, and all CALI related questions
  • Complete introduction calls to introduce yourself and explain your role to A&B stores
  • Complete monthly follow-up calls with A&B stores (Update relationship Tab in NetSuite and check stock levels for samples and any instore pallets, send product lists)
  • Drive CALI initiatives in Home Center Channel by driving awareness of new products and programs
  • Conduct targeted virtual product knowledge trainings for store associates
  • Assist in ordering process by being available via phone, fax, or email for stores seeking to place orders. Check stock and prices for stores as requested
  • Work with Home Center Manager or Sr. Director to create and log estimates for pro sales while pushing to add accessories and other add-on items before final sales order is processed
  • Create and collaborate as needed with the Customer Service Team to ensure stores are properly assisted through resolution of a case. Escalate when necessary
  • Alert Home Center Manager or Sr. Director for any store needs/requests above and beyond
  • Assist in Managing Channel conflict by serving as a SPOC for both stores and registered Home Center customers
  • Keep up to date on market trends and new products in the Home Center stores and report feedback to management
  • Help Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist with implementing solutions


Requirements:

  • High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree in Business, or other related field preferred
  • Experience in sales, customer service or account representative preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure

Compensation: $21.50 an hour
