1. Develop and test methods to reduce database upgrade time (focused on reduce database size reduction)
   1. Provide best practices for fastest methods to migrate to Oracle version 12 to Oracle version 19
2. Develop data archiving "system' to maintain only 3 years of data in production database using carpenter standard archiving process
3. Provide services to migrate/upgrade database on cut-over

1. Work with the project team to identify and execute processes to reduce database size.  Through testing, determine the time to execute the size reducing actions and the time savings to the project conversion activities.
2. Develop a process in the test system to reduce data and file size, test impact on system and database, and prepare for execution in production.
3. Develop a process that allows for migration and upgrade of database in <24 hours.
4. Execute any size reducing activities that are fully tested and approved (Likely date of activity 11/24).

• Oracle version 12 and version 19 DBA skills required.
• Must be US Citizen/Green Card holder
• Oracle conversion/upgrade experience
• Strong communicator in a team environment
• Production environment risk awareness/Good testing practices
• Strong SQL Skills
