Optometry Office in Adrian

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding career in the medical field? Our busy optometric practice is looking to fill a front desk receptionist position.

Responsibilities include:

-Checking patients in and out

-Verifying insurance information, eligibility and copays

-Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments

-Preparing patient paperwork for appointments

-Collecting and entering patient payments

Clerical experience is helpful but not required. The right candidate will possess the following:

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

-The ability to work as a team member

-Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-Attention to detail

-Treat patients with kindness and respect

-Experience with Revolution EHR or data entry is helpful but not required

Starting pay with no experience is $15 with a potential increase dependent on years of experience in a related position or field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
