Perform all bindery functions as required for each printing job. Responsible as primary equipment operator for all bindery operations, light maintenance, and quality control. All operations must be in compliance with all applicable safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the safe, efficient and economical operations of the saddle stitcher, perfect binder, cutter, and folder queipment, in order to meet daily production requirements.
* General maintenance and housekeeping of the bindery equipment and general facility in the bindery department.
* Responsible to abide and follow all OSHA regulations and Company Safety Procedures. This includes compliance with the following:
- Hearing and Conservation Program
- Lockout/Tagout Program
- Ergonomic Standard and proper body mechanics
And all other Company Safety Policies and Procedures
