Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and monitor multiple email accounts. Ability to analyze and route these inquiries to others in the unit.
Ability to perform inventory and organize unit-related resources in an attractive, logical manner.
Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, determine priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to support unit-sponsored events/programs.
Candidates must have proficiency with MS products (Excel, MS Word, etc.) and/or Google Workspace. Must be comfortable with using the Internet for a range of purposes. Familiarity with scheduling programs (such as Google calendar and, potentially, 25Live) is a plus. Typical Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary Information:This is a temporary position. Grade 77, $20.47 hourly.
