About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will process invoices; approve purchase orders and negotiate with vendors; coordinate deliveries of supplies; and manage calendars. They may also be responsible for financial transactions, such as handling petty cash or overseeing a cash drawer.
It is expected that the ideal candidate is responsible to handle a variety of general office tasks such as data processing and organizing electronic files. They often coordinate maintenance repairs and manage other aspects of the physical property or equipment.

Six Sigma certified with Engineering Degree Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products. Proven experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with planograms.
- Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems.
- Is a natural problem solver with time management and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning.
- Able to offer technical assistance with confidence.
- Demonstrated time management skills and attention to details.
- Fluent in geometry, trigonometry, computing, and backup and recovery efforts.

- Maintain office equipment and provide timely management of service contracts.
- Manage document accuracy. requires complex knowledge of customers, carriers, and procedures.
- Develop, manage, and forecast budgets for the relevant cost centers.
- Provide ongoing training to users on procedures, protocols, and computer systems.
- Establish and enforce department regulations, guidelines, and timelines.
- Effectively delegate operational responsibilities to appropriate individuals / positions.
- Complete customer, carrier, and supplier requests with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure operational support in the areas of service, inventory, and traffic/transportation.
- Act as a catalyst for change regarding data capture and use to drive business decisions.
- Ensure safety programs and standards are followed.
- Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of business solutions.
- Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing as needed.
- Maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place.
- Accountable for the performance and results of the workgroup.
- Properly load trucks, prepare daily bills of lading, schedule the order of daily treatments, and submit treating reports to sales.
- Provide timely and accurate shipment information to carriers.
- The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
- Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisor to report field problems and/or safety hazards.
- Ensure training program administered and identify additional training areas for development of staff
