Job Description
Operations Productivity Analyst / Project Analyst
*Project Manager for evolving KTBR/KTBE supply chain activities as found worldwide and prioritized (can change dynamically)
*Document and drive process standardization and optimization across order to cash with a focus on operations efficiencies
*Subject matter expert for order to cash, SAP S/4 HANA, Model N, Blue Yonder OP, and Business Management Group Operations processes, tools and procedures aiding operations, pricing, trade, tax, logistics, IT and other teams with issue resolutions
*The voice of the customer to IT, business units and integration teams to ensure tool enhancements/changes do not disrupt our customers' business and processes. Primary owner for driving OTC priority requirements into IT
* Support all TCM, UAT, training and deployment activities for customer operations
*Ownership of regional operations communications, trainings, feedback gathering, enablement, and awareness (includes account teams, pricing teams, regional peers, management, etc.)
*Primary ownership for WW UAT order to cash enterprise testing, organizing further testing as needed w/ primary users
*Work closely with customer supply chain analysts and ESG contacts to address customer governance
*Enable global team development through training opportunities
*Lead a WW SCA forum driving continuous development, training, and change management activities
*Requires the ability to work across all regions and time zones as needed
Critical Skills
System Expertise: Work closely with the BA's and IT to drive understanding the OTC design and capabilities. Familiarity w/ SAP S/4, Blue Yonder OP, and/or Model N
Customer Orientation: Understands and drives our customers' needs with key stakeholders.
Teamwork: Works well with and collaborates with multiple teams to achieve quality results.
Innovative and self-directed: Ability to quickly digest problems and drive creative solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base. Able to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
