Job Description
The Operations Manager will organize, manage, and direct operations of Kofile's Greensboro North Carolina location. The role is responsible for delivering P&L results that meet or exceed company objectives. You will oversee all equipment, personnel, workflows, and reporting required to run an efficient operation and to delight customers.
Jobs To Be Done
Provide vision, focus, leadership, and direction for the Greensboro facility

• Responsible for delivering P/L goals for assigned business unit
• Design and execution of daily/weekly/monthly production plans
• Materials management and inventory organization to ensure production runs effectively and efficiently
• Cost management and controls to deliver gross margin objectives
• Design and optimize workflows to maximize throughput for optimal margin performance and deliver on KPI objectives
• Assist with on-site assessments and bid reviews as needed
• Execution of quarterly department headcount / hiring plans
• Partner with other functional leaders to create and manage employee development and performance recognition plans
• Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high moral standards

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated highly organized approach to leadership and scaling operations
• A track record of building effective partnerships and sustaining relationships in a collaborative, complex environment comprising multiple and diverse stakeholders
• Previous P/L responsibility with a demonstrated experience in improving margins
• Intellectual curiosity that drives exploration of new tools and methods to continuously improve workflows and processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, or in a similar role
• Demonstrated highly organized approach to leadership
• Excellent communication skills with varying levels within a company
• Solid understanding of production management and organizational methods
• Excellent grasp of planning & forecasting
• A keen interest in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Experience working in a production environment
• Attention to production monthly delivery goals and balancing workforce priorities to achieve these goals while hitting delivery targets
