- Our client is a small business that specializes in resinous flooring, surface preparation, and concrete restoration for commercial and industrial clients. They primarily serve the Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs markets. Extremely detail oriented, they are looking for project-minded leaders who can schedule and plan accordingly.

- In this role, the Operations Manager will plan and coordinate all resources (labor, equipment, material) for delivery across all active job sites. They will be responsible for customer satisfaction, QC, job efficiency, and hiring/training crew members. Work environment is mostly in the field, but with a significant office component. They need people who can devote to this role full time with minimal obligations that would interfere with the work.
Responsibilities
- Schedule installation, order materials, and ensure the crew and equipment logistics are well thought out and communicated
- Maintain a forward planned schedule of 2 weeks and visit job sites prior to starting to ensure clients are ready
- Take project estimates and break them out into daily work tasks for crew leaders
- Manage constraints on the job, request and get approval on change orders for any out-of-scope work
- Mange 12-15 crew members in the field
- Facilitate cross training of crew members and continual skills development for all
- Continuously recruit and hire new crew members
- Actively communicate with customers, staff, and office support staff
- Deliver high quality projects on time and within budget
- Drive a positive culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction leadership experience as a hands-on Superintendent, PM, or Foreman
- Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, planning, and managing crews in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work full time out of the Centennial office and in the field in order to complete projects within schedule
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Experience in epoxy, resinous, or concrete flooring preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to be a good brand ambassador
- Ability to read and understand building plans
- Strong time management and planning skills
- MS Office, Excel, and general computer proficiency required
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation
- Base salary in the 70k – 100k/year range
