Responsibilities
The Operation Manager's job is to oversee multiple teams and projects from conception to the finished structure, interfacing with both construction professionals and the client.
- This position requires thorough knowledge of all construction means and methods, managing budgets, schedules and relationships.
- Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of diverse experience from the field and as a project manager in Commercial Construction - Major Markets we work in include Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, Mixed-Use, General Commercial and Storage.
- Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management and/or Business preferred)
- Software program experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project scheduling, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Procore or similar management
