The Operations Coordinator will be responsible to support the Property Technology Solutions department in creating, developing, and implementing processes, programs and platforms to further service Property Operations strategy.
- Coordinate and lead processes for ad-hoc projects by ensuring all parties are completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Manage SMS work order data for compliance
- Manage SharePoint Website content, news posts, documents, and document libraries.
- Maintain and organize documents in department Teams channels and SharePoint Sites.
- Draft and send out communications as needed via Mailchimp.
- Update/edit Nintex Forms as needed.
- Responsible to edit and maintain processes within the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
- Manage Platform Credentials for new and terminated users.
- Coordinate and schedule site inspections with Link’s third-party vendors and customers as needed.
- Manage team meeting calendar, coordinate internal, inter-departmental and external meetings.
- Book travel and prepare expense reports for Associate Vice President of Property Technology Solutions
- Anticipates operational risks and provides strategic solutions escalating to appropriate level when required.
- 2+ years handling customer service and administrative issues.
- Marketing, Project Management, or Real Estate experience is a plus.
- BA or BS in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Management, Project Management preferred.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft 365 Applications including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
- Knowledge of Yardi, SharePoint, Nintex, Mailchimp, InDesign, Survey Monkey, SmartSheet, Monday.com or similar project management platform is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities.
- A strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines.
- Intelligence, with a keen focus on details.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills due to interaction with personnel at all levels.
