Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating schedules for our treatment centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also possess outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and clients. We are looking for someone who is open to learning new skills and can also make cold calls as needed. Experience in sales is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, with a strong focus on scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules for treatment center operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain scheduling records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department to support workforce planning and development.
  • Mentor and assist other members of the operations team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes, especially in the area of scheduling.
  • Make cold calls to potential clients or partners as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support operations


Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in business management,  or a related field.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, preferably within a healthcare or treatment center setting.
  • Proven experience in an assistant and scheduling  role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review all assigned work to prevent any mistakes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Google Drive/Calendar.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and conducting verbal communication.
  • Open to learning new skills and adapting to changing environments.
  • Demonstrates potential for growth within the company and readiness for a leadership role.
  • Experience in sales is a plus.
