Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in optimizing our operational processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

You will maintain daily, weekly and monthly processes to ensure our operations are running smoothly - anything from processing payments to updating the backend systems that run our platform. This position is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about data-driven operations, possess strong analytical & Excel skills, and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization. This role will work closely with Operations, Sales and our provider network to help ensure daily operations run smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily, weekly and monthly processes to ensure things like payments, scheduling and communications are running smoothly
• Analyze customer and platform data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.
• Provide support in resolving operational issues and addressing customer concerns.
• Develop ways for scalable feedback systems that enhance internal knowledge of our systems and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline and optimize customer processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in operations, and comfortable working in high-volume, time sensitive environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - you should be comfortable presenting analyses to non-quantitative teammates in an easy to understand way
• Healthy obsession with delighting customers and deeply understanding their needs.
• Passion for the enrichment and education sectors, with a deep understanding of - and empathy for - the needs of instructors, coaches and enrichment providers.
• Creativity, grit, influence and an ability to navigate ambiguity necessary to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Experience working in education, children's programming, EdTech or other related industries is a plus
• Experience in a high growth startup or management consulting is a plus
