Architect, design and deliver Process Improvement, Business intelligence, AI/machine learning and Data warehousing solutions; collect data, analyze performances, identify risks and develop solutions to drive business efficiency and streamlining operations; redesign plant operations and influence cross functional departments for improving efficiency; Continuous improvement initiatives, CAPEX / OPEX Projects and industrial automation; initiate and implement Warehouse Slotting, layout and optimized storage strategies; lead initiatives to develop self-service BI solutions to help solve complex business challenges; act as a subject matter expert for technical guidance, solution design and best practices; remain current on data visualization, integration and warehousing technology trends; design and implement appropriate data architecture, data pipelines, reporting, dashboarding, processes and quality controls to enable data-driven decision making. Teleworking permitted 10% of the time.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or a substantially similar position. Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or a substantially similar position. Required experience must be in a high-volume manufacturing environment and include the following: Supply chain operations; SQL and programming experience with at least one of the following: python, R, .Net, Java, C++; Implementing end-to-end data solutions including data model, data pipelines and data visualization products to solve complex business requirements; Statistical regressions, testing, and distributions. All experience may be earned concurrently. Applicants with any suitable combination of education or experience are acceptable.
