Job Summary and Qualifications
You will assess plans and evaluate patient care needs.
You will carry out physician orders.
You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
You will serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
You will instruct and educate patients and families.
You will provide age and culturally appropriate care.
What qualifications you will need
Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing or BSN required
Current TN RN license or Compact State equivalent.
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
1 year of OR RN experience required

What qualifications you will need
Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing or BSN required
Current TN RN license or Compact State equivalent.
Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
1 year of OR RN experience required
Shift: Days, 10 hr or 12 hr shifts
Salary Range : Min (2yr)- $32.60 (5 yr)- $34.41 (10yr)- $39.77 (17yr MAX)- $43.36 ; Based on years of experience
Shift Diffs : Evenings $ 2.50
Nights $ 2.50
Weekend $6.00
Oncall : $2.50 per hr; Oncall shifts are 48hrs from Saturday 7am Monday 7am. On a 4-5 wk rotation No weeknight call
Call Back : 2 hr min at time and a half.
Sign On Bonus : *Qualified applicants are eligible to receive $8,000 sign on bonus paid quarterly with no commitment*
