Overall Position Summary and Objectives Welcome newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles (assisting the agency in reaching its 30-day-onboarding goal). Serve as an onboarding concierge to VIP (executive/senior level) hires. Host and facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation sessions. Assist with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees - Daily
Provides support in administering HR policies and procedures.
- Develop clear standard of operating procedures and employee resources (e.g., new staff handbook) to help acclimate others to the organization.
- Provide reporting and project updates to team lead and/or senior management.
- Ensure completion of all HR paperwork required for onboarding, including required notarizations.
- Develop materials and presentations to support employee orientation.
- Host and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Manage all aspects of projects to include development detailed project plans, schedules, milestone and timelines, coordinate tasks, track progress, identify problem areas; manage change in scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
- Coordinate government/non-government action requests; maintain and develop spreadsheets to be sent to upper level staff for compliance; ensure that delivery due dates are met.
- Manage the administrative activities that are necessary to assess, analyze, formulate to develop the improvement on how projects are accomplished.
