Operations:
- Responsible for assisting with Retail; window cashier, customer inquiries and product labeling/packaging
- All office functions including but not limited to answering phones, order entry, filling and shipping, and invoicing
- Superior organization skills to ensure daily office filing and clean work-space
Customer Satisfaction Liaison:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Provide premier customer service, inquiring where clarification to customer specification is needed, and responding to customer product inquiries
- Provide customers with information needed to make product-related decisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
