In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office facility, located in Midtown East, NY and day-to-day functions to ensure its continuous smooth operations while providing exemplary support and service to Clients and to the Executive Team. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office facility, located in Midtown East, NY and day-to-day functions to ensure its continuous smooth operations while providing exemplary support and service to Clients and to the Executive Team. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Prepare and process check requests, purchase orders, arrange travel logistics as business center, travel request and reimbursement documentation for SVP and above.
- Support company activities and event planning and organizing.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- Support ad hoc HR and Operations processes.

Qualifications
- Fluently Bilingual (Mandarin/English)
- 2+ years of work experience in a facilities/office management/administrative role.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal/listening).
- Resourceful, problem solver.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong MS Office experience.
- Education - BA/BS.
