Office Assitant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will provide administrative support, assist with event planning, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Utilize computerized systems to maintain records and retrieve information
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software applications
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $15.82 - $19.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
