Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Provide quotes to customers
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and computers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to take and follow directions, ask questions, and work well with others
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
