Looking for an Office Assistant/Assistant Property Manager with experience in property management.
Daily tasks including but not limited to:
Administrative-Data Entry; NYS/NYC Compliance's “requirements/deadlines”; COI's Vendors, Unit Owners / Tenants; HHA's; Leases & Riders Administration: Issuing, renewal; Renter's & Unit Owners Insurance; Update Unit Owner & Resident contact information on all platforms; Certification Letter (Common Charges, Waiver of Right of First Refusal); Questionnaires; Copy, Fax, Scan, Filing Documents.
Bookkeeping-A/R, A/P, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Financial Reports, Budgets, Filings, W9's, 1099's, 1098's.
Communication with tenants, clients and vendors either scheduling & answering via email & telephone; Request and Maintain required documents.
Managing the office and upkeep of the office.
Assist the office and property manager with any items needed.
Must be/have:
Computer literate
Software knowledge including but not limited to: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat
An understanding of accounting
Written & Verbal communication skills with clear speaking voice
Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $25.00 per hour
