The Material Coordinator/Office Assistant provides overall administrative and material support. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, have good time management and attention to detail.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of administrate experience
or
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience
Travel: 0-5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages job entries.
- Coordinates waste retrieval at designated facilities.
- Coordinates cylinder and tank refills and ensures gas deliveries.
- Coordinates equipment quotes and demos.
- Tracks and updates equipment rentals to the corresponding job numbers.
- Provides monthly reports on rental costs for each project.
- Ensures vending machines are stocked.
- Performs data entry, such as receiving packing slip, bill of lading, and shipping purchasing orders.
- Takes meeting notes and updates applicable teams as needed.
- Assists the Administrative Assistant.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
