Hourly Rate: $22 - $24 per hour

If so, we want you to join our team as an Office Assistant / Front Desk at Tribeca Outsourcing! Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members and management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our office operations run efficiently.

  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is stocked and in working order. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs as needed. Keep the office environment clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Relay messages and information accurately and efficiently.

  • Document Management: Assist with the creation, formatting, and distribution of documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.

  • Assistance with Projects: Support various projects and initiatives across different departments, including research, data entry, and coordination of logistics. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Handle logistics, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating transportation, to ensure successful and memorable events.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or administrative experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
