Office Assistant - Doggie Daycare At Barklandia, Llc

Barklandia is looking for a outgoing reception who loves being around dogs and who loves helping people! The receptionist must have strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to take on a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion while multitasking in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and be knowledgeable of polices and procedures at Barklandia
• Sort, distribute, and often reply to communications in a timely manner
• Update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Monitor level of supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with owner, manager, groomer and other staff members
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Skills

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
