We are looking for a Office assistant with excellent computer skills, phone etiquette with articulate written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be someone that is pursuing a career in business management, admin or accounting. Office hours are flexible, to work around school schedules.
Shift Available:
- Mon, Wed, Friday - 8am to 430pm

Qualifications and Skills:
- Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to customers/vendors
- Data Entry
- Organize staff calendar
- Create and maintain reports in a timely manner
- Generate P&L weekly for company performance
- Light bookkeeping
- Scan, filling, etc
