Infinity Rehab is seeking PRN Telehealth Occupational Therapist licensed in California (remote work, but must have previousexperience in snf setting) to provide telehealth therapy to older adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary in an inpatient setting.

Although this position is remote, a current California OT license is required.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Excellent clinical decision-making skills and a belief in adhering to Infinity's clinical model
- Flexibility and adaptability: comfortable with problem solving and developing best practices by learning from non-optimal situations
- Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to keep the patient engaged through a virtual session by awareness of participation, rapport building and allowing time for feedback and questions.
- Motivation for continued learning and growth. Ability to reflect on and modify own skills/behavior.
- Strong technology skills: experience with video conferencing and Outlook, ability to problem-solve WIFI, audio, and visual issues.
- Good internet connection
- Strong inter-professional collaboration skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure
- One year of adult rehab experience (preferred)
Licensure
- Required: OT license in California

Wage range: $50-55/hr commensurate with experience
