HTS is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist to work at an assisted living facility located in Hobart, Indiana (Lake County). We provide therapy services in an outpatient clinic located inside of the facility. The Occupational Therapist in this position will complete evaluations, progress notes, recertifications and discharges on an as-needed basis. The hours needed are minimal; approximately 5 hours per week.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
