As a Subacute Nurse Manager (Unit Manager), you will oversee the care management of a population of patients within your assigned unit. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Subacute Nurse Manager (Unit Manager) coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
Skills
- 1+ years work experience as a nursing supervisor or nurse manager - Unit Manager
- In-depth knowledge of Skilled Nursing procedures
- Team management skills
- Great communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid NJ RN or LPN nursing license
