The Nurse Manager is the designated leader for a specific nursing unit. Responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. The Nurse Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. Provides direction, support and guidance to the charge nurses and nursing team in their development both clinically and managerially. Twenty-four hour accountability

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Minimum five years clinical experience in area of specialty or related clinical field
- Current RN license in Florida
- AHA BLS required
