Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated NICU RN to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. We are looking for a highly skilled and caring RN with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care to provide exceptional care for our tiniest patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess the physical and emotional needs of infants and their families.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with documentation.
- Offer support and education to families during a challenging and emotional time.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
