Network Support Technician
Job Summary:
Candidates must be friendly, personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Job responsibilities will center on providing technical support on all computer hardware and software. Activities will be conducted primarily through email and telephone support, will also require regular on-site support to users at all banking locations. Duties will also include: installation and maintenance of equipment; monitoring and updating IT logs, schedules, and reporting; vendor engagement.

Primary Location/Schedule:
• 3110 S Delaware, Springfield, MO 65804 with remote work allowed when schedule allows.
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Schedule 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday – Friday; with evening and weekend hours as needed.

Position Requirements:
• Excellent internet stability at home office
• Ability to sustain confidential conversations and documents in remote work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of college or technical training
• One or more years of prior computer experience
• Knowledge of setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting personal computers, Windows operating systems, common desktop applications, and wide area networks preferred.
