Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Netsuite ERP Consultant to join our team. As a Netsuite Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the implementation and optimization of the Netsuite ERP platform across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Netsuite platform and its various modules, with a focus on financials, accounting, HR, CRM, warehouse management, and other ERP functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal client team and external implementation team to ensure successful Netsuite ERP implementation within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the client's business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for Netsuite configuration and customization to meet those needs.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of Netsuite solutions, including system configuration, data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors, working closely with the IT team and Netsuite support as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Netsuite ERP to drive operational efficiency and data visibility.
- Assist in the upgrade of the current ERP system to a centralized database that seamlessly communicates with other systems used for operations management.
- Ensure easy and relevant access to real-time sales, vendor, product, and customer data, promoting a "one version of the truth" approach.
- Streamline data flow and eliminate unnecessary middleware programs, as defined by the IT team.
- Improve overall operational efficiency by reducing manual data entry, eliminating cumbersome route reconciliation processes, and enhancing the speed of operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Netsuite Consultant or Netsuite Administrator, with a strong understanding of Netsuite ERP platform and its various modules.
- Familiarity with financials, accounting, HR, CRM, warehouse management, and other ERP functionalities within Netsuite.
- Industry experience in the food and beverage or wholesale distribution sectors is preferred.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
