two or more years of hands-on .NET design and development experience utilizing VB.NET, Web Services, and XML/XSLT
.Net Framework and Visual Studio.Net development tools experience
understanding of software development life cycle
excellent communication and team skills with the proven ability to multi-task
the ability to perform detailed troubleshooting, testing and debugging
excellent problem solving skills
the ability and desire to mentor others
willing and able to work extra hours as required by workload and deadlines
the ability to be flexible and change priorities as needed
