Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective sales strategies
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and forecast sales projections
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through product knowledge and technical expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize sales revenue
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage sales activities
- Technical knowledge and understanding of the products or services being sold
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements
