About MyAgency
MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency created by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. We seek reliable people who embrace our high-quality care and performance standards but want the flexibility of a staffing agency.
MyAgency team members will only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities and therefore will be trained and become familiar with our methods of delivering care.
In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are required to work at all communities in either our Northern or Southern Network. Your wage is based on how many communities you are willing to travel to and how many shifts per week you are willing to work. The more you work, the higher the wage.
Northern Network:
Southern Network:
MyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. They will often have to create their schedules from what is available after permanent staff have made their selection. BUT if you decide to join our permanent staff - no hassles about contracts and buyouts.

- Washington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of Washington
- Oakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont

What we are looking for:

- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
