Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
We are a professional land surveying, land development and civil engineering firm providing a wide variety of services for numerous municipalities, counties, state and local agencies, industrial and private sector clients.
- 8 offices, about 80-85 employees; We like to grow from within, train & mold employees
- Transportation, Municipal work, and site design/land development projects and clients
For this role: Paris is the preferred office due to a large demand and no one in that office able to manage clients and projects, but Decatur would do as well. This must be an in-person role and not remote. With the right personality/experience, it could fill #3. A PE license is mandatory, with IL experience a huge plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
- PE license, 10+ years experience, familiar with municipal/infrastructure projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Manager of municipal (transportation and/or water infrastructure) projects, step up in managing the office
- Lead a team of professionals dedicated to planning, developing, designing, and managing various municipal and private projects
- Manage and supervise the entire office location including, client coordination, project development, staff goals and performance
- Engage and communicate with current and future clients
- Help grow our client base
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance of deliverables
- Develop and mentor staff
