Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking full time or part time CHILD/ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRISTS to join our teams in multiple location in Wisconsin. Positions available in our PHP and IOP treatment areas.
Our providers typically work Monday - Friday seeing patients in our Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, or Intensive Outpatient programs.
Patients at Rogers are treated by a thorough team of providers which includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists, social workers, behavioral therapists and modality specialists.

As a specialty behavioral health system, Rogers provides a unique treatment environment with four levels of care:
- Inpatient: 3-10 days acute stabilization and withdrawal management.
- Intensive Outpatient Care: 3 to 3.5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
- Partial Hospitalization Care: 6 to 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Residential Treatment: 30-90 days, 7 days per week.
