Job Responsibilities:
- Manages rooms inventory to maximize revenue; Maintains the transient rooms inventory for all properties and maximizing transient revenue.
- Ensures that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in reservation and inventory systems
- Monitors transient and group inventory daily to ensure availability and maximization of revenue for all properties.
- Ensures that sales strategies and restrictions are communicated out.
- Ensures that all hotels follow all brand strategies to maintain or increase RevPar.
- Works well with the sales team to achieve goals.
- Attends meetings
- Creates weekly forecast for all properties
- Potential for working REMOTELY
- Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent;
- Experience: 4 years prior experience as Revenue Manager
- Must be familiar with Marriott (One Yield), Hilton Revenue systems (GRO) and Choice (Choice Max)

- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated positive customer service skills, and ability to relate to people of varying demographics.
- Ability to show flexibility in response to change and adapt to and accommodate new methods and procedures.
- The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and associates may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and special events as needed.
