Custom Concrete is looking for a highly motivated, self-disciplined and “over the top” organized Multi-Family Project Admin to join our team. The ideal team member for this role is motivated, super organized, deadline driven and possesses excellent communication skills.
This individual will own the full cycle administration of all paperwork associated with the execution of specialty contractor construction projects.
This includes but not limited to:
- Creation / Submission of Monthly Customer Billings in AIA format along with Associated Lien Waivers
- Issuing and Tracking of Purchase Orders
- Processing and Monitoring of Construction Payables tracking to PO’s and Subcontractor Agreements including those subject to retention
- Reconciling Monthly Vendor/Subcontractor Statements
- Creation and Tracking of Subcontractor Agreements
- Professionally and efficiently managing project documents, including digital file management
- Assisting with the logging and filing of daily report activities for Multi-Family projects
- Assists PM’s and Accounting with monthly WIP calculations by ensuring timely and accurate payable entry
- Assist with establishing and implementing cost control tracking and documentation standards
- Provide misc. administrative and operational support to Multi-Family Operations team
- Scheduled ACH / Check Disbursement Process for assigned Companies
- Positive Pay Uploads
- Assists with AP related questions and concerns
- Monthly Statement Review
