Position Requirements:
1. Support MFS and M2M Configuration Efforts
- Leverage judgment, business / technical expertise and relationships to identify most efficient and flexible ways to troubleshoot tickets, inquiries and enhancement requests that keep future technology in mind
- Read & Draft Process Maps
- Manual data entry from source documents
- Review data for errors, correct errors and check output
- Proficient with Excel
- 3 years of Data Entry experience
2. Manage Subset of TMIS Technology Delivery Projects
- Collaborate with cross-organizational teams, (including business and technology) with as many as 10+ departments, factories, and/or vendors, responsible for delivering digital capabilities
- Assist in the development and communicate project roadmaps (technology, business, pilots, field rollout, etc.) to align organization; anticipate issues; identify solutions
