Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Morning Pandero / Panadera to join our team. As a Morning Pandero / Panadera, you will play a crucial role in our bakery operations, ensuring the production of high-quality pan dulce and working in sync with the team and Pastry Chef. Duties:
- Prepare doughs, fillings and garnishes according to recipes and formulas
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers and ovens
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, walk-in cooler, pastry equipment and tools
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Morning Pandero / Panadera or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Ability to use a scale and quick with baker's math when needed
- Familiarity with bakery equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Comfortable with early morning hours and arriving on time to your scheduled shift
- Bilingual is a plus to communicate with our team

Weekly Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday: 4 AM - 12 PM
