Job Description
The MK 41 Vertical Launch System (VLS) Production Program Manager Staff position is responsible for helping with the execution of all phases of a production program and will be required to help lead a diverse team of Product Leads for production of complex Electro-Mechanical MK 41 VLS modules on our $600M US Navy (USN) Fiscal Year (FY) 23-27 contract. The position requires extensive coordination across Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and other internal functions to ensure deliveries are executed on schedule, within budget and to the required standards of the contract.
The position will primarily be responsible for support of the USN FY 23-27 contact, coordinating closely with the teams currently executing the FY18-22 contract. This position will have routine interface to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS3L), NSWC Dahlgren and DCMA customers as well as external and internal communications at Executive Levels.
Basic Qualifications
• Financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
• Experience and use of Earned Value Management System techniques to manage cost and schedule performance
• Risk Management experience on large programs with a diverse supplier base.
• Demonstrated maturity, judgement, negotiation/influence and analytical skills
Desired skills
• Previous experience as a PM on engineering services or performance based logistic, production, sustainment contracts.
• USN acquisition experience and USN customer familiarity
• Capture Management experience
• Experience with Lockheed Martin Operations production projects and DCMA
• Data-driven management philosophy including analyzing and understanding project measurements
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with track record of presenting to internal and external customers
• Knowledge of LM RMS's program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $105,000 - $201,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
