Mixologist/Bartender

Hopwood House has brought a whole new dining experience to the Hopwood/Uniontown Area! We specialize in fine dining and hospitality giving our guest an expereience they will never forget! We are currently looking for a mixologist / bartender who is able to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, create unique and innovative cocktail recipes with consistency everytime they are poured, provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.

This candidate must be able to adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations and handle cash transactions and operate the cash register without difficulty.

The skills that are recommended include:

- Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting

- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures

- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers at once

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during catering events or banquets

- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and calculating bills

- Familiarity with the food industry trends and sales techniques

Our Bar Manager is a world class mixologist looking for the right candidate to train as an apprentice making sure the standards of the Hopwood House are met in every drink. If you have what it takes to work in the fine dining industry, please apply today!
